Born and Raised in the Heart of Upstate New York

Nestled between two of New York’s stunning Finger Lakes, The Brothers Beef was inspired by three brothers—Jacob, Luke, and Kolby—who grew up on their family’s farm. From a young age, they learned the value of hard work, spending their days raising animals, cleaning barns, and baling hay in between hockey games and lacrosse tournaments.

With over 20 years of experience in agriculture, our family-owned and operated farm specializes in grass-fed, grain-finished beef—crafted with care, rooted in tradition, and raised with pride. We partner with a local USDA-certified processing facility to offer a full range of cuts, delivering premium quality meat to both restaurants and private customers.

Our mission is simple: to provide clean, honest, homegrown beef from our family farm to your table.

Meet the brothers 

Jacob

A 2024 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Jacob is the older brother that shows the way for Luke and Kolby. 

Luke

Luke is a senior at Skaneateles High School and soon-to-be cadet candidate at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School. Luke embodies all the middle brother characteristics. 

Kolby

Kolby is an 8th grader at Skaneateles and recent NYS hockey champion alongside his brother Luke. As the youngest he has no choice but to be the toughest.
